Longtime Rice tennis coach Smarr retiring at end of 2012 spring season
Ron Smarr, who has led the Owls to 10 NCAA Tournament appearances in 15 seasons, will retire at the end of the spring season, athletic director Rick Greenspan announced Thursday.
